Good memories...

I finally let NotNicky eat that cake she's been eyeing for the past four years. It seemed appropriate since that's the year she was born.

NotNicky adored plushies. 

Her favorites were the pink fox plushie and ladybug.

She was also always fond of this big bright blue teddy bear!

She absolutely loved jumping in her bouncy castle.

NotNicky loved ballet.

She loved these paintings.

This was her favorite tree. Not only because of the color, but because of the cute silver star fruits it produced! She constantly ate those fruits for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

She also had multiple petlings, almost all pink.

A jaguar named Sadie.

A cat named Ma Ma..

A kitten named Moo Moo.

A unicorn named Princess.

A lion named Simba.

A lioness named Nala.

She loved ponies, Pegasuses, and unicorns.

She's always been fond of this creature.

I found it interesting that there is no such name for a winged lion.

The closest mythological creature it comes to is a griffin.

Pet Society, however, calls it an Olympus Sphinx. 

Which means, it's actually supposed to be the body of a lion and a human head.

Looks more like a lion with wings to me. I like it anyway. :P

NotNicky and Hellcat

Losing NotNicky is hard enough, but losing Hellcat as well is twice as hard. Here's the young couple giggling away, blissfully unaware of their fate.  Rest In Peace Hellcat.

Trying to say goodbye.

So I'm curious to hear from my blog readers... How are you saying goodbye to Pet Society?

What are you doing until June 14th? - Did you stop playing or will you play up until the end? Did you gift things away or are you keeping all of your items? Do you have any goals before the  game ends? Did you empty out all of your rooms or keep them decorated?

At first, I thought I should empty out all of my rooms. It hurts more seeing my beautiful creations get deleted. Of course, I took a lot of pictures first. However, on second thought, I recreated a cozy little house for my pet. I don't want her to die alone. So, I surrounded her with all of her favorite things. I'm also helping my friends with their dreams.

Saying goodbye to this game is going to be hard. I sort of wish it wasn't a long, drawn out goodbye. It's usually easier to just say goodbye and go, rather than linger for two months knowing the end is still coming. :(

I did start playing Party Town, though I'm not exactly in love with the game. It's just a way to pass the time. It's cute and similar to Pet Society, but it's not the same. Even though "diamonds" are cheaper, a lot more items are for cash. They have a lot of  items to choose from, but not a lot of items to make a good room with. (Especially not enough pink!)

Goodbye Pet Society...

Yes, it is true. Our beloved Pet Society has finally come to an end. On June 14th, 2014 Pet Society will cease to exist. Millions of virtual pets will be lost forever. While these pets are only pixels, they will be missed dearly.

Over the next two months, I will be filling this blog with pictures of my pet, my home, my ponies, etc. After June 14th, this blog will no longer be updated. I will not delete it though. It will stand as a memory of a game I once loved.

Should NotNicky change her look?

I've been thinking about changing her fur color to white or brown. Maybe changing her ears. Even changing her into a bunny. I think her facial features would stay the same for the most part though.

If she became a bunny, she would wear this tail all the time.

My favorite Item!

My favorite item in Pet Society is the painting picture. I created this room around the painting. I love simplistic decor and vintage with a modern twist. The room includes some of my favorite things: a cat, the autumn scenery, and a book!

I was able to get a picture before I left the room. However, the layering issue has now ruined it. :(

Belated Birthday Post

So my twenty-first birthday was on August 6th. Pet Society's fourth birthday was on August 8th! (I believe.) Anyways, I created a room in honor of my pet, my birthday, and Pet Society! The pink is for my pet. She's such a girly girl. I created a custom cake with a cute butterfly topper and a big number four candle. I included two cupcake trays complete with a set of "twenty-one" candles. Happy belated birthday to Pet Society and I! Let's hope we both have many more to come! :)

This post has been deleted since obviously someone did not want their pictures shared, but didn't have the nerve to tell me to my face. I'm sorry I wanted to share your designs with others. I would have just posted my rooms, inspired by yours, but I wanted to give you credit. Sorry for trying to be nice. All you had to do was ask me to remove them and I would have gladly.

That goes for anyone whose picture I used on this blog. I use anything Pet Society related because I figure that if it's posted on the public PS forum, that it's okay to post on my PS blog. (Since only PS players look at it and I only advertise my blog on the PS forum. If you don't want me using your photo, please let me know and I'll gladly remove it. I don't mean to upset anyone. I just want to share things I like.

Beautiful Home Exterior

I found this while out searching for the mayor's lost animals. I'm not even sure who's house this is, but it's beautiful! It looks like a mansion. I love the water features as well as the cute little bridge. (I may steal that idea!) What do you think? I think this is the best home exterior I've seen so far in Pet Society! :)

I also really liked this home. Instead of doing the usual front yard, they made a back yard.

Do you decorate the exterior of your home?

I like to play every part of the game, so I decided to decorate the exterior of my home. I think it shows off who NotNicky, and myself, are very well. We love ponies. I love the water features and have always wanted one for my real home. (I live in an apartment, so I don't have one yet. Boo!) I love simplicity. That's my favorite decorating style. :)

Bringing pony families together.

I've been so busy with life that I haven't had much time for myself and I definitely haven't had time to trade ponies. I'm trying to get back into things, but this time... I'm only going after beauties. My problem is that I love all ponies for one reason or another. Especially ponies with brown eyes. :)

Brown eyes:

Everyone always is surprised that I love brown eyes so much. No one on the forum really likes them that much, or at least not as much as I do. I love them because my pet has brown eyes and brown hair. Plus, she's all pink. I modeled my pet after myself. (Yes, I have beautiful brown eyes and dark brown hair.) I think they make the ponies look super cute! Oddly enough, I cannot stand the black eyes. They look dark and mean!
